How to Find Your Inner Voice Through Filmmaking
A 6 week youth filmmaking camp for middle & high schoolers

So you want to make a film, huh? Well, you’re in the right place. For 6 weeks, in partnership with House of Self Discovery, Nourish Creative Executive Producer and former Jubilee Creative Director Ien Chi will be leading a small group of 15 students to uncover their inner artist, write, film, and edit their first ever films - facilitating them to explore and create surrounding the theme of self identity, “Who am I?”
Any middle or high school students are welcome regardless of any filmmaking experience. No experience required.
There are a maximum of 15 slots - so sign up quick! Deadline for signups is June 3rd, 2023. We look forward to seeing you there.

Who is leading this?
Nourish Creative Executive Producer Ien Chi. He is the former Creative Director of Jubilee (8M subscribers), and former Chief Creative of Mindset at DIVE Studios. Ien has executive produced, creative directed, written, directed, and/or edited pieces for Apple, NASA, Nike, Summer Walker, Keshi, WOOSUNG, Huddy, 6lack, Eric Nam, DPR, Pentagon, Bobby of iKon, Jay B, eaJ, Minnie of GI-(DLE), and more.
Who is this camp for?
Any and all middle, high school students interested in filmmaking, YouTube, digital media, and/or storytelling. We particularly want to work with students interested in cultivating their artistic and inner voice, nourish their creativity, and most especially - have fun! We’ll be making films together around the core theme of “Who am I?” as a way to develop our unique voices. But if you have any remote interest in simply learning to create films, we’d love to have you.
Will this be in English?
Yes. We welcome anyone who is comfortable with English.
What do I need?
A smartphone (with a camera) & and laptop. If you have your own camera you want to use, that’s fine too!

Week 2: Pre-production - Brainstorming, Writing, and Shot-Planning
Week 3: Production - Filming
Week 4: Post-production - Learning to Edit & Crafting the Narrative
Week 5: Post-production - Polishing the Edit & Sharing Notes
Week 6: Screening Day
